Ordering Information: The Chance of a Lifetime
Orders can be placed via our website 24 hours a day. So, if you need a late night purchase to fall asleep, 3:00am is just fine with us. After ordering you will receive an order confirmation number via email. When the order is processed, you will be notified by email.
Accepted Payments
We no longer accept sand dollars, but we do accept currency from these fine establishments.

You will be notified by email when your order has been processed. Not only will it tell you that we have processed your order, but it will also tell you when we expect to ship your order. You will also receive an email when we ship your order.
Your invoice will be emailed directly to you. We suggest that you print this email out as a hard copy for your personal records. You can keep it on your dresser next to the 6th place track and field award from 5th grade.
Cancelling Your Order
If you must cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can make the necessary changes. If your order has already been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Back Orders
If for some strange reason (shipment destroyed by flood) an item becomes back ordered, we will notify you via email. It is our procedure to wait until all items become available before we ship them. If you would like the order broken up and shipped separately, please let us know. Please note that breaking up an order for shipment might result in additional shipping charges.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied on all applicable sales (orders placed in Wisconsin). If you qualify for tax exemption, give us a call at 1-888-549-1700

Shipping Costs
Shipping calculations are based on weight and zip code destination of the package. Snug Harness does NOT add mark ups to shipping charges, even though we have thought about it.

Save on Shipping
Several of our products ship from various locations. In order to save the most money on shipping costs, buy fall protection products produced by the same manufacturer.

Rushed Shipping
If you are debating on using expedited shipping, give us a call at 1-888-549-1700 to see if the product is available and that there are no hold-ups in production.

Shipping Orders
Your order will be shipped as soon as your order is processed. It will not be shipped at the time you place your order. We’re not magicians.
Tracking Numbers
When we ship your order we will email you your tracking number for your shipment. This way you’ll be able to track, in minute, detail, the awesome journey your package takes to get to you.
Shipping Days
Weekends do not count as shipping days (even in Canada).
Snug Harness cannot be held responsible for packages that may be delayed by weather, incorrect routing, or incorrect addresses. Unfortunately, we no longer control the weather and we are still unable to foresee incorrect address input on your end.
Incorrect Address
Make sure that your shipping information is correct. Incorrectly entered addresses lead to delays in delivery and unwarranted customer complaints. If you do make a mistake contact us as soon as possible to avoid an address correction charge. If your order has already been shipped, UPS will assess a rerouting or reshipping fee. This fee will be passed on to you.
Changing An Order
You can always change an order as long as your order has not shipped. If it’s been shipped, it is out of our hands and you’ll have to consult the return policy below.
Military Addresses
We can ship to Military addresses, just input APO or FPO in the city line and AP or AE in the state line while filling out your shipping address. It’s that easy. Please note that military orders can sometimes take longer to receive.

Return Information: The Point of No Return
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund less a 20% restocking fee. All items must be in their original condition and returned within 10 days of receiving your order. Any special order or custom order products cannot be returned
Return Authorization
If you are returning a purchase you must first call 1-888-549-1700 to receive a return authorization number. Any returns without this number will be assumed as free inventory. Thank you.
If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to obtain a return authorization number (see above). We will ship out your new merchandise as soon as we receive your return. You will not be charged for new shipping charges.
Incorrect Orders
Please contact Snug Harness immediately when you receive your order. Our frustrated staff will correct the problem to the best of our ability.
